Your Impact Isomorphic Labs needs a collaborative communications specialist to join us. Be part of shaping external, internal, and digital communications to strengthen our employer brand, enhance our brand positioning, and give life to our brand identity. Work closely with the Brand and Communications Director, collaborating with colleagues at Isomorphic Labs and Google DeepMind. Develop and execute communication plans that meet business objectives, focusing on messaging and target audience. We need a skilled communicator who can devise solutions, execute complex messaging, and stay updated on communication trends and tools. Bring innovative thinking, organization, agility, independence, curiosity, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and teamwork. What you will do Conceptualize and implement communication strategies for consistent messaging internally and externally. Create various materials such as news releases, blog posts, briefing documents, and social media content. Support in preparing executives and the team for external events. Manage social media channels and optimize engagement. Assist executives with social media presence. Lead media initiatives, prepare for media interviews, and manage press relationships. Support internal communications and company initiatives. Contribute to measuring impact and metrics. Skills and qualifications Essential: Senior experience in a dynamic field, strong copywriting skills, managing press inquiries, developing internal communications, social media expertise, collaboration across teams, advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Nice to have: Experience in life sciences or health care industry. Culture and values: Thoughtful - emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and care.
