Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant - Ballymoney - Permanent

  • 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday Thursday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Friday (Part time considered)

What will you be doing?

  • Recording sales
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Purchase invoicing (checking prices)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling statements (purchase and bank)
  • Cheque journals
  • Maintaining and updating all records
  • General administration as required
  • Daily use of Sage Accounts and MS Office

What experience do you need?

  • Minimum of two years previous experience within an accounts environment
  • Strong IT skills to include MS Office, Sage experience an advantage
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
