An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our dedicated Paediatric Liaison Pathway within Hampshire CAMHS Eating Disorder Team.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and providing coordination, inpatient review and specialist assessment to patients admitted to acute inpatient settings.

This is a new and exciting role, to develop our current practice and inform the development of current operational delivery.

You would be joining a dedicated multi-disciplinary team working across Hampshire.

Are you a nurse, social worker or allied health professional who is passionate about supporting patients and families with eating disorders.
