Interim Health and Safety Advisor - Inside IR3- Colchester
- £300 a day

As an Interim Health and Safety Advisor you will sit within the corporate governance function/team and will work closely with safety representatives at site level and a safety committee.

The role will require someone with a flexible and adaptable attitude,you will need to listen, adapt and engage with the senior management to get results.

You will need to provide specialist strategic Health and Safety advice to senior managers, research, interpret and formulate Health and Safety policy and procedures in relationto new legislation, and to communicate and take a lead with customers on their implementation, as well as supporting and enabling managers in the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of all the Health and Safety policies, procedures, safety standards andrisk assessments.
