£11.18 per hour

3 months, likely to extend.**We have an exciting opportunity working for a local authority as a Customer Service Advisor, specifically within their Finance and Care Payments teams.

You must have excellent customer service and be a confident communicator over the telephone. Ideally, you will have experience in basic financial processes and can effectively and accurately navigate various databases.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Contacting customer regarding outstanding payments
  • Reconciling Customer Accounts
  • Resolution of Invoice Queries
  • Liaising with Customers and Internal Departments to resolve Invoice Queries

Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail (essential)
  • Experience in Credit Control or relevant qualification (preferable)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, preferable)
  • Working knowledge of SAP (preferable)
