3 months, likely to extend.**We have an exciting opportunity working for a local authority as a Customer Service Advisor, specifically within their Finance and Care Payments teams.
You must have excellent customer service and be a confident communicator over the telephone. Ideally, you will have experience in basic financial processes and can effectively and accurately navigate various databases.Main Responsibilities:
- Contacting customer regarding outstanding payments
- Reconciling Customer Accounts
- Resolution of Invoice Queries
- Liaising with Customers and Internal Departments to resolve Invoice Queries
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail (essential)
- Experience in Credit Control or relevant qualification (preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, preferable)
- Working knowledge of SAP (preferable)
