The Elvetham Hotel:

The Elvetham Hotel is an elegant country house hotel in Hampshire, rich in history and set in 35 acres of beautiful gardens.

The hotel is one of the most historic sites in Hampshire entwined in the British Royal Family. The site can be traced back to as early as the 800's AD.

Today the Estate consists of 91 bedrooms shared between the Main House and The Stables, as well as four unique and flexible function rooms.

The Elvetham hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and authentic person to join our growing Nights Team

What will I be responsible for?

As a Night Porter, you will make sure that all public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences.

To operate a computerised Room Service point of sale

Accept and validate cash and credit/debit card payments in accordance with company policy. Correctly handle payments, receipts and change.

You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards.

Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision.

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests needs.
