Hours:9-6pm with flexibility to stay later when work demands.
The Role Summary
This is a key role in the Central Stores Department, working with the team to deliver an efficient, accurate dispatch service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the two dispatch screens within Central Stores.
- Liaising with other departments and Supervisor within Central Stores to make sure that we fulfil our commitments to clients both internally and externally.
- Delivering accurate and concise last line in checks
- You will need to be physically fit and capable. This is not a sit down role.
- Keep the department Supervisor informed of any unforeseen problems that might impact on achieving targets.
- To manage daytoday packing and delivery from Insphire.
Technical Skills
- Basic IT skills, to be able to use InspHire efficiently but training will be given.
- Previous experience of managing and booking TNT, FedEx, DHL etc.
- Previous experience in a sales warehouse role ideally with some customer facing experience
- Working to targets and strict deadlines.
- General understanding/awareness of courier logs and booking systems.

£24,958.00-£26,000.00 per year
