Lead QA Test Analyst, Financial Services, City of London

Company:

My client, a well-known Financial Services organization, is seeking a Lead/Senior QA test analyst, with strong knowledge and experience in Automation testing to join them in the City of London on a contract basis.

You will be required to be onsite 2 daysa week which includes a dedicated Team Day. This is an exciting time to join as the organization is currently undergoing a huge transformation.

Role:

Creating test automation alongside an established QA Team who can work on multiple projects around post-trade/clearing and liaise with other cross-company teams.

As well as this, highlight any defects within existing automated scripts and retest found defects.

Test Automation frameworks in the CI/CD Pipeline
Post Trade and Clearing knowledge.
Automation framework in TDD/BDD methods (Using Cucumber)
Test Automation that includes Hybrid Driven/Data Driven frameworks
Test Automation using Selenium or Cypress
Use of GitHub
Scripting tools such as, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, Powershell, Unix Shell, or C++
Continuous integration tools such as, Bamboo, Jankins, Maven, etc
Parsing experience with XML, JSON, CSV, type files
Non-Functional Testing experience with JMeter, Load Runner, etc

FIX and Kafka knowledge are highly desired.
