One of London's most loved musical performance organisations is hiring a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a progressive, driven, financial professional, who is looking to step up into a role within a supportive,flexible environment.

Salary:
£35,000 - £43,000

Work structure:
Hybrid - 2 days work from home

Hours:
, Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic project support for the Director of Finance & Operations, the CEO and Heads of Department
Support with data tracking, outcome measures and reporting, including reporting submissions to Arts Council England
Attend and support monthly management development meetings
Input into the 3 year strategic planning process including updating of modelling and analysis
Prepare annual budgets for income and direct costs
Support with the monthly rolling forecast process including cash tracking
Monthly finance business support and management account meetings with Directors
Support with projects and processes to improve cost analysis and scenario planning, including transport
Working on continual improvement in the functionality of our systems including CRM, orchestra intranet and planning, royalty tracking and website interaction
Focus on improving useability for our players and employees, data capture and usage alongside streamlining financial control and efficiency in conjunction with the Financial Controller

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience working in a commercial finance team
Qualified, actively pursuing a qualification or QBE (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience using excel to a high level
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
