What we are looking for:
- Do you have previous experience of working on projects
- Ability to communicate technical information to nonspecialists
- Experience of data analysis
- An understanding of energy efficiency and building performance
- Strong interest in customer service
- Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
We currently have a great opportunity for an Energy Officer in a developmental role supporting the energy team in all utility issues, ensuring that our assets are in a database, the broker and suppliers are contract managed, the billing process is managed, the energy management system is kept up to date.
To undertake projects as directed by the group energy manager and the customer complaints and queries are resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner.
To provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved.
As Energy Officer, you will be required to:
- Support with the provision of accurate billing for recharging
- To support the Utilities Manager in working with service areas across the business
- Work with Development to help bring assets onto the main contract and help identify where processes have been failing
- To support with the management and resolution of customer complaints
- Support in the development of standards, processes, and procedures across the organisation
- This role will require a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office._
