We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic web team in Islington, London.
As a crucial part of the team, this stimulating and varied role will be assisting all daily online sales and operations.
Job Summary
To grow on-line sales through website co-ordination by uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions and visual merchandising as well as management of online customer services and order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of DH online customer care channels, with checkins with the Retail Operations Manager.
- Product Uploads & Updates managing product uploads and stock management.
- Digital Visual Merchandising updating key product categories based on bestselling and promoted products.
- Performance Reporting completing weekly trade reports and analysis reports including newsletters and website performance report.
- Participate in physical annual and weekly stock counts.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an E-Commerce role.
- Magento 2 or other similar platform.
- Understanding of what it means to be truly omnichannel.
- Experienced in Excel for reporting.
