About the Role
If you love customer service and are motivated by making life easier for others, you'll enjoy working at our client's professional Office based in Stockport
, where helping people is always the number one priority.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.**As our Sales Executive, you will take inbound new client calls and make outbound sales call to warm leads.
Responsibilities as our Sales Executive will include:
- Outbound sales calls (warm leads only)
- Answering inbound calls
- Converting "warm leads" into sales/joiners.
- Converting new business leads into sales
- Upselling and crossselling
Ideal person: At least 1 years' experience in a sales role (ideally outbound telephone Based) environment preferred but not necessary, - A very strong bias towards customer service
- Selfmotivated and comfortable with challenging others and being challenged
- Able to work by yourseld and as part of a team
- Ambitious and keen to embrace new challenges
- Be a team player
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Target driven & money motivated
