Customer obsession is what we're all about and our Customer Service Administrators are the first point of contact for our BigChange customers, so the support experience starts with you.


Coupling a professional friendly approach with a can-do attitude, you will professionally manage calls capturing required details, categorising items and efficiently assigning to the relevant resolver group.

You enjoy working at pace, being part of a successful team and have an interest in technology.

Requirements:


  • Provide support to inbound customer enquiries.
  • Follow, and contribute to the development of SLA's, best practice and process.
  • Help maintain our CRM and other administrative duties as required.
  • Resolve first time where possible and efficiently escalate all others to relevant resolver groups.
  • Ensure comprehensive details are provided to prevent delay in resolution.
  • Promote selfserve options and use all available tools.
  • Set accurate customer expectations of resolution times, evaluating each case independently.
  • Become qualified to Core level on the BigChange platform, with swift development to Advanced.
  • Be a BigChange brand ambassador.
  • Keep up to date with platform and new features
