We are looking for a multi skilled trade person with experience in electricial installatio, plastering and carpentr.
Blackfriars Properties was formed in October 2021, and are looking to build a strong team around the workload we have.
We are not needing any registered qualifications to do this role as any major work involving boards will be carried out by sub contractors.
However if you hold current regulated qualifications this would be a massive bonus and happy to discuss salaries out poss of the range stated.
Work would involve visiting multiple sites at various stages of install, and carrying out electrical installation of plugs, hobs, cookers, isolator switches and when needed laying and prepping electrics to be wired to boards by sub contractors.
Kitchen insulation, miter joints, stud walking, flooring, skirting, door frames
You need to have a proactive approach to work, ensure deadlines are hit and work well within a team and on your own.
Initially you will need your own transport but after 3 months a van will be provided along with insurance and Milage allowance for fuel.
We also do building works, property development, swimming pools, golf simulators and pretty much any form of building or construction work.
You must have excellent time keeping and project management skills, en eye for details and ensure all works are carried out in a safe environment and finished to a high standard.

Salary:
£37,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
