Senior Catering Manager, Leicestershire, £150 - £200pday (Monday - Friday)**
Client:Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Catering Manager or Catering Lead to join a large Public Sector organisation in Leicester for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can startimmediately.


Role:

The role forms part of a busy Facilities Team, who provide a soft service to the organisation's sites, duties will include;

  • Oversee transformation of the catering division
  • Work with internal stakeholders
  • Review all stock holdings and update current model of frozen food storage
  • Implement new Food & Drink Standards and review Food Hygiene Standards

Person:


  • Significant experience with Transformation of Catering Department
  • Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
  • Food Safety or equivalent craft qualification
