The Role

This role is to maximise profit through effective management of the store and productivity of team whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved.

The roles and responsibilities for Store Manager - Fashion & Accessories:

Train, supervise, develop and motivate employees to achieve the goals of the store.
Ensure service standards and behaviours are in line with training and brand guidelines at all times.
Ensure stock management policies and processes are implemented and followed at all times.
Provide all reports, as requested from Management, within the deadlines as communicated.
Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
Take full responsibility for the store, including security, conversion, people management and general store performance.

To be successful in this Store Manager - Fashion & Accessories are:

Previous experience in a Deputy, Store OR Department manager level working in retail and/or fashion accessories
Have experience dealing with international customers
Ability to communicate in multiple languages
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines.
