We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team and deliver first aid sessions at schools across the South West.

As a First Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative first aid sessions to school students.

Responsibilities:

Deliver highquality first aid training sessions to school students in accordance with our training program
Ensure that all training sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of the students
Assess students' understanding of first aid principles and provide feedback to improve their knowledge and skills
Ensure that all training materials and equipment are maintained and kept up to date
Build strong relationships with schools and teachers to ensure that our training program meets their needs
Provide regular reports to the management team to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Keep up to date with the latest first aid practices and regulations

Requirements:

Relevant first aid qualifications and training experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with students and deliver informative and engaging training sessions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work during school hours and travel to different locations across the UK
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
HCPC Registeration for paramedics
