About The Role:


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Ensure timely compliance in accordance with HS2 standards and BBV project requirements.
  • Management of the Commitments Requirements Specification Baseline or part thereof.
  • Review, collate and submit evidence of U&A compliance for loading into Eb and submission to HS
  • Support & develop oversight and management of the longterm Commitment compliance plan.
  • Support & develop project integration, data gathering, collation and storage of information.
  • Manage and collate evidence to facilitate U&A compliance in a timely manner.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigate risk for compliance.
  • Provide delivery of focused support to the performance and assurance of compliance targets.
  • Actively communicate with internal stakeholders third parties for the provision of evidence.
  • Collaborate with HS2, petitioners, stakeholders and other contractors in support of project objectives.
  • Provide upward reporting to the U&A Business Manager.
  • Actively comply with and support team compliance with company and client safety standards.
  • Manage the escalation of issues and sharing of good practice.
  • U&A Audits.
  • Contribute to U&A back office development and digital transformation.

The following qualities/experience are essential:


  • Experience and knowledge of compliance in complex environments.
  • Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Organisational and Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to follow legal procedures.

The following qualities/experience are desirable:


  • Experience of major construction schemes and / or major infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of the High-Speed Rail (London
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • Knowledge of ethical, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of auditing.
  • Degree qualified and or professional accreditation.
