We are currently looking for a HR Payroll and Systems Specialist to join our team in Leicester. The role is agile working, with occasional travel to Royston and Manchester to deliver training and project support.


What will you do?

  • Coaches and trains HR members on HR systems like SAP-HCM, PeopleDoc, Ceridian-Dayforce, etc
  • Manages standard and nonstandard reports
  • Manages relationship with DC Pension provider including monthly uploads of contributions for Auto enrolment and scheme members
  • Management of MTUK, UAE, and IRE payroll administration
  • Manage regular reporting schedules
  • Managing creation of offer, contract letters other standard HR letters
  • New Hire onboarding; leaver offboarding
  • Processing employment changes
What You Need to Succeed

  • Extensive Experience in Payroll preparation and payroll system usage
  • Ceridian Dayforce knowledge would be an advantage
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and
  • Good personnel administration, policies and benefits scheme knowledge
  • Advanced excel experience with Vlookup, Pivot tables and creating spreadsheets
  • Ensures collaborative and effective working relationship with payroll vendor.
  • MTUK coordination of payroll requirements and related collaboration with payroll vendor.
  • Provides proactive support to the Unit HR and Finance teams
  • Willing to learn and add value to the role and the HR function
