Putterills Lettings offer fantastic opportunities. We're looking for an individual who can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills and bring new thinking whilst embracing our lettings procedures and our brand-leading reputation in the marketplace

As a lettings negotiator, you will play a crucial part in helping tenants find the right property, working with our landlords to support them in the renting process.

You will be involved in the marketing of properties, negotiation at the start of a tenancy, progressing a tenancy, and preparation for the move-in day.

Throughout this, you will be offering exceptional customer service to your applicants, landlords, and other parties.

You will report to our Office Manager

Responsibilities of a lettings negotiator include:

Daily management of applicants
Generate and conduct viewings in a professional manner
Ensuring landlords are up to date on all matters
Negotiating offers
Collect holding deposits and tenancy monies
Oversee tenant referencing and righttorent checks
Oversee all legal compliance on agreed offers
Provide high levels of customer service

At Putterills, we are looking for a negotiator with a proven track record in customer service. A person that is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients.

£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
