Description

Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized

Skills:


  • Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute

Salary:
£25,917.00-£27,667.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
