We have an excellent opportunity for a process driven service delivery / project manager to support the leadership team in the delivery of administration services including project and programme management.


The role of Service Delivery Manager will involve:

  • Developing and implementing processes and systems for the effective delivery of services
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance projects and programme management
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Monitoring proposed and ongoing projects for progress and impact of changes
  • Evaluating key resource demands from projects and other development work to identify pressure points
  • Implementing policies and procedures and assisting with the development and delivery of customer services
  • Assisting with customer journey, including communications and complaint handling
  • Monitoring and reporting of Operations Team KPI's
  • Provide support to the managerial team in their daytoday operational activities
  • Will have proven skills within service delivery / programme management
  • Experienced in reviewing procedures and performance data, project managing and implementing new procedures.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Heavily process focused with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent I.T. Skills with knowledge of Microsoft, systems, and databases
