Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? You could be the person we are looking for.

We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Receptionist to join our team here at Corby Tennis Centre. You will be required to work weekends on a rota.

You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working days and times and be available to work during School/College holiday periods and Bank Holidays.

You will be based on the Reception desk, taking calls, answering customer enquiries, taking court and course bookings as well as using our office systems.

You should possess excellent customer service skills and a good team working ability, be self-motivated, computer literate and accurate when entering data.

The role will also involve doing stock takes and answering customer queries. A good knowledge of Word & Excel is required.

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Reception.

You will provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

We will provide you with an exciting and rewarding environment in which you will be expected to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Day to day tasks will include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the Centre.

Managing customer enquiries.

Answering the telephone.

Taking bookings.

Part-time hours.


Job Types:

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£2,500.00-£3,000.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
