DC Personnel are currently hiring for a mechanical maintenance engineer for our client based in Leicester LE9.

A great opportunity to join a business a leader in their field who are experiencing a sustained period of growth.


Salary :
£14-£15 per hour DOE

Shift pattern:

  • You will be working 07:00am 17:00pm
  • There will be overtime required for this position

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Using and maintaining specialised machines and tools
  • Assembling components so they are ready for installation
  • Reading and interpreting project plans
  • Coordinating with the labour crew for efficient installations
  • Performing MIG, TIG and other types of welding methods depending on the project
  • Finding and fixing faults in pipework
  • Carrying out planned maintenance checks
  • Conserving resources wherever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction
Ideally you will have experience working with and maintaining Hydraulic presses and pneumatic tools and conveyor belts systems.
