We are delighted to be recruiting an individual to join a well established business based in Banbury to work on the 'Sales Counter' - providing guidance and pricing to local builders and other customers wishing to purchase steel sections/beams and the like.

On offer is a good starting salary with ongoing career and earning potential, on the job training where required and a supportive and modern working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in construction (or related field) to join a well-established and successful construction company to work as part of the commercial team initially on their "steel sales counter".

Sales Person duties:

Greeting incoming customers and understanding product/steel requirements.
Providing a cost for steel/materials and delivery where needed (and/or discussing with your line manager if needed for complex requirements).
Logging quotes on the system.

Sales Person requirements:

Have a genuine interest in construction/steelwork and be seeking a career in Sales / Estimating.
Be reliable and have good attention to detail.
Some prior experience, either by education or a previous job in the steelwork or construction sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Live in/within a commutable distance of Banbury.
