My client is a full services law firm recruiting for a Paralegal to join their expanding team. You will be supporting a team of Fee Earners within their Personal Injury department.

You will be an integral part of this well established Law firm that are knownin the industry for having a great reputation.


Job description for Paralegal

  • Drafting of client and witness statements
  • Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements
  • Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
  • Preparing court documents
  • Reviewing and collating medical records
  • Reviewing medical reports
  • Researching case law on liability and quantum
  • Liaising with clients and updating on case progress
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Dealing with billing and disbursement payments
  • General file administration
  • Experience of the RTA portal an advantage but not essential.

Job skills required for Paralegal

  • Previous experience in a Paralegal role
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • You will be enthusiastic, driven and motivated
  • Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
