Description

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced 1st Line Support individual to join their team.

This is initially a 4 week contract which may be extended for the right applicant

You will

1) Taking service desk phone calls. Assisting customers/giving advice.
2) Working tickets raised to the 1st line team.
(Granting Clinical system access. Shared Drive permissions.
creation and amendments. NHS.Net Distribution list creation and amendments)
3) Remote support/Connecting to our customers devices to assist them with their issues

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced 1st line professional ideally with experience of working within a public sector environment

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
