TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR
The Position


We have an exciting, new opportunity to appoint a Transport Administrator to join our Team based at our site in Lichfield.

Shifts Required

  • Rotating days (6:00 14:00, 14:00 22:00, 22:00 06:00) working any 5 out of a 7 day week including weekends on a rotated basis.
Role Responsibilities

  • Working within our Transport department and reporting directly to the transport team manager
  • Working aligned to the other departments including transport planning and the warehouse
  • Dispatching drivers, managing fleet compliance, raising defect issues and completing driver briefs and debriefs
  • You will be involved with the ongoing communication throughout the progress of outbound and inbound routes, compliance, and service fulfilment daily into and out of the depot
  • Your role will include operating numerous reporting tools
About you

  • Evidence of a good administrative background, working in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Flexibility is required
  • Willingness to learn
