Compliance & Facilities Administrator

Up to £25,000 with excellent benefits

Milton Keynes - Office based

Are you an experienced administrator who loves a varied role? Do you love to work at pace and are you looking for a company with a great culture, a friendly team? If so, this could be the perfect role for you

You'll be joining a team that supports the whole business across the following: Procurement, Facilities, Compliance, and Fleet.

You will support with administrative duties across each of these areas therefore we are looking for someone who has excellent time management and strong attention to detail.


Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Company car administration
  • including inspections, returns, compliance with insurance etc.
  • Administration of Contract Management System.
  • Prepare and send out New Supplier Packs.
  • Raise purchase orders and send to suppliers.
  • Incoming and outgoing post.
  • Keep H&S related lists up to date and published/displayed around site.
What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Confident team player with excellent interpersonal skills as you will liaise with people across all areas of the business.
  • Flexible in approach, with the ability to reprioritise when required.
  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills.
  • A desire and capability to take ownership of your area of responsibility.
  • High productivity and an acute attention to detail.
