Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to work as a member of a designated team (and independently) to deliver a range of transformation projects and assignments for our internal and external customers.


The post-holder will be required to provide project support, business change, business analysis, and project management input as required for programme/project teams.


  • Working closely with project stakeholders to communicate (and develop) clear key messages, timeframes and estimates. This may include explaining technical/architectural complexities in an understandable form and the strategic vision and project scope
  • Analysing and summarising relevant information from a wide range of sources (conference papers, national guidance, local policies and standards, financial reports and budgets, technical specifications and capabilities) for colleagues
  • Managing programme/project templates and filing
  • Proactively arranging and booking meetings
  • Taking minutes for meetings, typing up and distributing meeting minutes
  • Supporting project managers and leading themselves on a range of project management activities


This role sits within the Transformation Directorate, which has approximately 250 people across a range of professional disciplines and has experienced rapid growth over the last 24 months.

The post holder will be allocated a Career Development Manager to support them pastorally and to support them on their career journey.

The post-holder will work autonomously with mínimal daily supervision.

They will support and lead on the delivery of the programme of work/projects/assignments - as delegated by the Programme Manager and/or Project Managers.
