We provide bespoke Educational and Social-emotional well-being packages, which are based on a holistic and creative curriculum, tailored tothe specific education and therapeutic needs of our students.

The Role
1st Staff are looking to take on board new members of staff to work in the Hertfordshire area.

You will need to be able to deliver and plan sessions tailored around the specific needs of your student and be supported by our team.

Our tutors work with all ages between early years foundation through to 18 and beyond, with or without an EHCP, that have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

SEMH Difficulties. (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
Autism (ASD)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

Successful applicants will be expected to:

Carry out one-to-one educational work with individual pupils via distance learning or within their homes and/or community spaces.
Create and deliver innovative lessons in accordance with the aims of the Education, Health, and Care Plan and Annual Review.
Work in a childfocused way.
Reflect on your own practice and seek selfimprovement in teaching.
Plan workloads and prioritise tasks.
Ability to connect with people who feel disconnected.
