The Windermere is small, townhouse hotel in Central London. With a strong reputation for customer service and excellent breakfasts.

We are looking for an individual to join our Front of House Team. The role is varied, and involves customer facing duties both at the hotel reception and in the restaurant. Duties also include reservations.

Average: 40hrs/wk (5 days/wk)

Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent guest service at all points of their experience
Accurate management and handling of payments
Assist with basic food preparation
Ensure food safety standards are followed
Maintain a clean and organised front of house area
Answer customer enquiries and provide assistance as needed

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
