We have a great opportunity for a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our Electricity North West Services team in Preston.

Our role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and coordination of projects on LV and HV electrical networks, working closely with Site Surveyors, DLO and Delivery Partners to ensure that the work is delivered efficiently to a high customer and client standard, and within allocated budget.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning all data capture and reporting on project outputs and commercial information, monitoring project spend and providing regular progress reporting to the Programme, Finance and Operations Managers.

What we're looking for

Experience working in the network utilities or construction industry (essential);
Experience in contractor liaison, working in a customer service environment and in a commercial project planning role (desirable);
Proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Excel;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to achieve deadlines to meet individual and team set targets whilst meeting the demands of different stakeholders and contractor;
Flexibility and adaptability in your approach;
Selfmotivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet relevant business/regulatory targets;
Understanding of the construction industry and the role Electricity North West undertakes.
