Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems (Defense, Europe)

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Integrated Mission Systems team and drive the growth of our market share across Europe. In this strategic role you will be responsible for developing executing growth strategies high-value integrated solutions involving CBRNE radars cameras software serving critical Defense Border Control missions.

As Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems you will be key contributor Teledyne FLIR's success European market You'll lead pursuits major programs work closely with customers anticipating their needs shaping requirements delivering tailored solutions With your proven track record you will capture business opportunities primarily within Integrated CBRNE- Nuclear Biological Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle solutions Additionally handling some Border Surveillance CUAS opportunities where strong demand exists This role requires close collaboration Product Management Program Management Engineering Service Compliance teams.
