As supervisor for Aleksandar's bakery your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Supervising and training other staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones (In cafe and instagram)
• Maintaining a high standard of quality for food and beverages, including ensuring that all products are fresh and prepared to the required standards.
• Collaborating with the owner and other team members to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring sales and expenses, and working with the owner to develop and manage the café's budget.

Overall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the café and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Salary:
£23,929.00-£25,044.00 per year
