Based between London Bridge and Bermondsey station, the Dean Swift is an independent craft beer pub, with a banging selection (20 lines) of craft beer and cask ale, serving tapas and a fantastic roast on a Sunday (London Standard says it's in the top 25 in London).

Quality and passion is at the heart of what we do. We want our customers to feel relaxed and at home when they visit us.

We are looking to hire a full time bar supervisor with the chance to progress to assistant manager. Training is provided but ideally you would have some previous bar experience in a similar role. More than anything, we are looking for someone who is the right fit for our small but tight-knit team.

About the role:
Full time bar supervisor position with the chance to progress to assistant manager.
Around 40 hours a week with a flexible working pattern.

Rate of pay:
£11-13 including service charge. This is your starting rate and will increase with progression
You would be working alongside the general and assistant manager to operate the pub ie. opening/locking up, maintaining standards, managing shifts.
