Executive Assistant to Managing Director:
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
This unique, fast paced and challenging role will involve helping oversee projects across multiple sectors liaising directly with Directors and Management teams.

- Demonstrate good organisational skills.
- Maintain reliable and accurate records, reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director by providing reliable support.
- Analyse market trends, competition and emerging opportunities.
- Administrative support of daily tasks to Managing Director.
- Assist with management and oversight of business projects.
- Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses.
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects.
- Researching new business ventures or projects.
- Market research of competitors including pricing, design, locations etc.
- Liaise with company management teams on behalf of Managing Director.
- Helping prepare for meetings with consultants and contractors.
- Writing up minutes from meetings.
- Identify best practices for staff recruitment and retention.
- A bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field. Such as business, finance, math, law, science or construction related fields.
- Experience in business sector admirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good data analysis skills are essential for success in this position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Salary range:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum with benefits
Location:
Ability or commute/relocate to Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Derby, Derbyshire: reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
