**Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice

  • Siemon**Supporting the Europe and Central Asia Marketing team to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role involves coordinating specific activities and projects relevant to the implementation of marketing and marcoms plans as directed.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Apprenticeship Training Plan in place

Skills

  • Good organisational and administrative ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and take direction.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Be comfortable with data processing and bring an analytical mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign and HTML an advantage

Apprenticeship Summary:


  • 40 hours per week
- either 0830 to 1700 or 0900 to 1730, Monday to Friday.

  • 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
- £6.50 per hour

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support office administration within the Marketing Department.
  • Coordinate the stock and delivery of marcoms deliverables.
  • Key contact for all packaging and logistics within the Marketing Department.
  • Receive web leads and telemarketing leads and ensure their distribution to regional account managers as appropriate.
  • Enter web leads and telemarketing leads into CRM database.
  • Raise POs for marketing activities.
  • Support sales with adhoc requests.
  • Coordinate translation activities within ECA.

Other Duties

  • General filing and administrative support within the Marketing department.
  • Additional adhoc duties as required by the Marketing team.
