A leading manufacturing company, specialising in tribology test equiment are now looking to add a Finance Manager or Financial Controller to their West London office.

Job Title:
Financial Controller/Finance Manager

Location:
West London

Employment Type:
Part-Time (3 days per week for Financial Controller, 4/5 days per week for Finance Manager)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial information required by senior management
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management
Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial activities
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial institutions
Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes, ensuring financial considerations are incorporated into key decisions
An understanding of R&D tax credits and other incentives would be beneficial.
