Customer Service Advisor Duties:
- You'll be speaking to customers over the phone, giving them assistance and determine if diagnostic help can be given over the phone to fix the problem
- Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound calls
- Build relationships with internal colleagues, prospect and members
- Set tasks to manage workflows
- Be accountable for your professional development and meet KPIs and SLAs
- Confident and has excellent communication skills
- Worked in a telephony or face to face sales environment with at least one years' experience
Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
