Networks and Systems Administrator (Internal Support)

Poole
Salary:
Up to £45k

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional value, we are seeking an experienced IT professional with general troubleshooting and network experience.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve issues reported by end users.
- Record, track, and update tickets in the Incident Management System.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.
- Oversee network servers and technology tools.
- Establish accounts and set up workstations.
- Monitor system performance and conduct necessary maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Implement system upgrades with new releases and models.
- Acquire expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Collaborate with thirdparty support companies as needed for additional assistance.
Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
