Labour Hire is looking for a PRODUCTION OPERATIVE in GREENFIELD, OLDHAM.


_ This is a permanent position with NO agency probation period_

About You:


  • Methodical and diligent in approach to work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with an aptitude for solving problems.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good attendance and timekeeping.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Experience in using power tools (drills etc).
  • Fitting experience is desirable.
  • Fabrication background is advantageous.
  • PPE Provided.

About the Role:


  • Monday to Thursday 13:4522:00 Friday 12:3019:30.
  • Rate: £11.10 per hour.
  • Assisting in the production of Aluminium Glasshouses.
  • Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.
  • Demonstrate competence in timely machine setup, minimizing downtime/waste, and maximizing efficiencies by working effectively as part of a team.
  • Free parking is available.
  • Permanent position.
  • Start: Subject to interview.
