As the Mutt family continues to grow globally, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Creative Team.


SUMMARY


As Marketing Executive at Mutt Motorcycles, you will work as part of the Marketing & Creative team to develop, create, execute and monitor marketing campaigns and projects, PR, and in-house/OOH events and assets for the Mutt brand, and communicate business information effectively to our dealer and distributor network.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Marketing Executive's key responsibilities are to:

  • Work as part of the Mutt team to identify opportunities and develop, plan, and execute engaging, creative marketing campaigns and ideas for the Mutt brand for B2C and B2B
  • Plan and execute events and shows, both inhouse and OOH, attending both Mutt events and other industry shows and events where required.
  • Support with the development of marketing and content strategies
  • Work with our Retail and Product teams to produce product assets and information for ecommerce and digital merchandising
  • Manage or daytoday social media activity, building and maintaining our social media presence
  • Execute marketing activity and campaigns to ensure effective ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively manage marketing activity, assets, and postsales support and information for our network of dealers and distributors
  • Plan and execute business and marketing communications on key activity to our network of dealers and distributors
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues to communicate product launches, promotions, and brand activity
  • Complete/commission brand copy for marketing materials
  • Manage production and delivery/installation of marketing materials and assets
  • Identify and collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver marketing & creative requirements
  • Engage with and manage external talent for marketing and content opportunities
  • Plan and produce product and lifestyle film/photography
  • Ensure a commercial approach to cost and budget management

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

As Marketing Executive, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a marketing role, preferably with lifestyle brands, with a key focus on social media and Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in managing marketing campaigns, events, and projects
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of brand PR
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of planning and delivering events and experiential marketing
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience of working with all major social media platforms to deliver marketing campaigns and daytoday activity
  • Proven experience of delivering general daytoday marketing activity
  • Knowledge and experience of design processes to produce marketing materials
  • Proven experience of creating and developing copy for marketing campaigns
  • Experience of website content management
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and managing budgets for marketing, events, and PR activity
  • Experience in identifying target audiences, and developing highly creative campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience of photoshoot and film production

  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is desirable

QUALIFICATIONS
A degree or degree equivalent in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
