Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Catering and Bar Assistant.


You will be able to provide excellent customer service to our customers in both catering and bar areas and have a friendly and professional manner.


You will assist in setting up and maintaining the food and drink areas along with ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking orders and payment for the café and bar.
  • Assist with setting up, including organising and cleaning the areas worked in.
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks.
  • Ensure well stocked serving areas.
  • Collection and cleaning of crockery used by customers.
  • Assist with set up for functions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Assist with stock taking.
  • Assist Head chef with other duties required in the kitchen.
  • Cash up tills and provide records for accounts.
  • Undertake appropriate training when required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and service guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a changing pace environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work weekends, and where required for business needs, evenings.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,673.00 per year
