Description

What you will be doing:

Using analytical tools to monitor performance and produce weekly, monthly and annual reports for wider stakeholders
Assisting the CRM team with implementing an A/B testing strategy and adjusting this strategy based on results and insights
Working crossfunctionally with teams such as category management, content and analytics to support new product launches, sale campaigns and editorial content
Supporting the CRM Team with segmentation and target group testing before campaign deployment
Supporting the wider CRM team with automated and trigger campaign testing
Working with the wider CRM team to deliver personalised newsletter activity
Supporting the CRM Manager with CRM system upgrade and release testing

What we would like you to have:

Knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics would be advantageous
