The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative(s) to work for one of our clients based in Lenton NG7.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the largest logistics companies in the world with full training provided.
- Pay: £10.50ph £15.75, 37.5 hours basic with optional overtime
- Rotating Shifts Only: Mon-Fri 06:0014:00 // 14:0022:00
- Location: NG7 Lenton
- Duration: Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities

Requirements:
- No criminal records as a DBS check will be required.
- No CCJs as we will do a financial check
- 3 Years referenceable work history with no gaps
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Unloading and distributing of a variety of items from a container into the warehouse, the items will vary in size so the job can be labour intensive.
- Full training provided to operate a variety MHE equipment on site
- T&T scanning / picking onto pallets or boxes.
- Pick and pack products, load/unload goods.
- Relevant training will be given if you are required to work in other areas of the warehouse.
- Music is played in the warehouse.
- Working in a small team environment
Skills required:
- Counterbalance or PPT licence desirable although not essential
- Previous warehouse experience
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Numeracy skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
