The Role
Patient Service Advisors are the front facing part of the surgery.
Handling phone calls and often being the first point of contact for the surgery, they are key to sign-posting patients to the appropriate clinician for advice and treatment.
Our people are compassionate, empathetic, understanding and patient with everyone accessing the services to make it as easy and accessible for them as possible.
