Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a dynamic global law firm? Our client is seeking a finance administrator to join their busy team.

As a finance administrator, you will play a key role in our success by taking ownership of key responsibilities, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on their clients and the firm as a whole.


Responsibilities of the finance administrator will involve:

  • Coordinating legal matters, overseeing them from start to finish, making sure the process is seamless for client satisfaction.
  • Escalating issues to management for problem resolution
  • Creating and delivering billing to the firms largest and most complex global clients
  • Guiding fee earners and partners on billing matters, including WIP/ disbursements and debt status
  • Providing an excellent client service experience to key stakeholders and clients across the firms network, building positive relationships with both to ensure success
  • Process improvement such as providing suggestions and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Producing both weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders
What skills and experience are required from the finance administrator:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional academic qualifications
  • A background within finance, such as legal cashier, legal biller or accounts payable are desired, however not essential
  • Experience within English Court procedures
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Exceptional customer service experience, business to business client communication is desirable

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
