Glasgow

£35k-£40k + Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

You might be currently managing a permanent Construction & Property recruitment team but feel restricted in your earning potential and progression opportunities, or feel undervalued and are experiencing a lack of investment in your own personal and professional development.

Our Construction team offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast paced, vibrant and experienced bunch of Recruitment Consultants.

Providing permanent recruitment solutions to clients across the central belt, you would focus on further developing the perm market, with the autonomy to grow a team around you.

Key skills required;

Previous experience or managing a perm Construction recruitment team
A Driving license is essential
Target and career driven
Confident with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Thrives working to targets and deadlines
