Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex civil litigation matters from start to finish, including prelitigation, pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, and appeal.
  • Act as lead counsel in court and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Supervise junior associates and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering new business opportunities.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the firm, including contributions to marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters, including trial experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, as well as an ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to manage a highvolume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, as well as an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous Agricultural experience is desirable
